PT Adaro Energy Tbk (Adaro) adalah kelompok perusahaan energi di Indonesia yang berfokus pada bisnis pertambangan batubara yang terintegrasi melalui anak-anak perusahaan. Lokasi operasional Adaro yang utama terletak di provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, dimana anak perusahaannya, PT Adaro Indonesia, mengoperasikan tambang batubara tunggal terbesar di bumi bagian selatan. Adaro beroperasi di bawah di bawah naungan PKP2B (Perjanjian Karya Pengusaha Batubara) generasi pertama yang berlaku sampai tahun 2022.

Dari tiga lokasi penambangan di provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, Adaro memproduksi salah satu batubara terbersih di dunia yang dikenal dengan nama Envirocoal. Batubara ini merupakan batubara jenis subbituminus dengan nilai kalori sedang dan kandungan sulfur, abu dan NOx yang sangat rendah.

Adaro dapat berbangga dengan catatan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dalam sejarah penambangannya di Kalimantan yang telah berjalan lebih dari dua dekade, dan pada tahun 2015 Adaro berencana untuk menambang batubara dengan skala produksi 56-58 juta ton.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Melaksanakan proses internal audit sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disusun oleh atasan.
  2. Menjalankan proses internal audit perusahaan secara teknis dan berkelanjutan baik secara financial maupun operasional.
  3. Mengkoordinasikan kesiapan auditee / departemen dalam menyiapkan kelengkapan laporan yang akan di audit serta melakukan audit terhadap laporan tersebut.
  4. Merumuskan dan memberikan masukan pemecahan masalah temuan audit dengan melakukan analisa yang tepat dan akurat.
  5. Memonitor dan mengevaluasi hasil internal audit serta berkoordinasi dengan atasan dalam mempersiapkan usulan solusi bagi hasil temuan.
  6. Berkoordinasi dengan lembaga audit eksternal yang diperlukan untuk kelancaran audit perusahaan.
Job Requirements
  1. Min. S1 Finance dari universitas unggulan di Indonesia dengan min. IPK 3.00
  2. Memiliki pengalaman min.1 tahun sebagai internal audit, posisi ini juga terbuka untuk fresh graduate.

Job Responsibilities
  1. To coordinate the preparation of work plan activities every part of the organization and company subsidiaries, in order to run the project effectively.
  2. To involved in the preparation of work plans in the company (and all subsidiaries), and to ensure compatibility between 5 years and 1 year company plan that has been approved by management.
  3.  To analyze operational process execution by periodic meetings with the Division Head, Department Head, and Head of the subsidiaries. Also prepare all material activities of PDCA accurately and effectively, to support company goals.

  2. To analyze Contract and document transactions so the data can be use todetermine the risk of taxation and tax treatment in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  3. To conduct a review all  fiscal and taxation report from Adaro subsidiaries, so the report can be use to prepare recommendations.
  4. To gather information related to regulations in the areas of taxation and / or relating to the areas of taxation so it can be used to identify tax issues for the company.
  5. To collect and prepare material for all  project implementation plan in Adaro subsidiaries.
  6. To do the documentation and filing tax documents pertaining to from the analysis, a review ,updates, input, advice and recommendations of taxation.
