PT TK Industrial Indonesia (TaeKwang) adalah Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing untuk manufaktur alas kaki (sandal-sepatu) yang memproduksi salah satu brand paling terkenal di dunia (NIKE). PT TK Industrial Indonesia berdiri pada tahun 2011 di Subang, Jawa Barat.

1. PIC EXCECUTIVE SECURITY (URGENTLY REQUIRED)

Responsibility

1. PHYSICAL SECURITY: (a) Listing of facilities, activities and hours of operation (b) Security guards, perimeter security devices, locking devices, lighting, alarms, CCTV, etc. employed at each  
2. PHYSICAL ACCESS CONTROL: Access controls for employees, visitors, vendors and vehicles  
3. PERSONNEL SECURITY: Policies for hiring, citizenship verification, employee misconduct, background investigations and termination procedures  
4. INFORMATION SECURITY: Policies for user ID, passwords, e-mail, Internet access, hardware & software security  
5. PROCEDURAL SECURITY: Policies for shipping & receiving hazardous materials, overages and shortages, warehouse security , document review and recordkeeping  
6. SECURITY TRAINING: Policies related to C-TPAT, safety and security training and related procedures.  
7. CONVEYANCE SECURITY: Policies for control of seals, container and seal inspection and container storage  
8. BUSINESS PARTNER REQUIREMENTS:* Policies relating to selection, management and evaluation of brokers, carriers, suppliers and warehouses

Requirement

1. Min Bachelor majoring Law school with GPA (min 2.75)  
2. Min. 2-5 year experience (Fresh graduate who have strong interest in Manufacturing Industry are welcome to apply)
3. Experience with CT-PAT/SCS Mandatory language(s): English
4. Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

2. Modernization Management Safety Staff

Requirement

1. Education Background: Minimum Diploma 3 of Public Health/HSE from an accredited college or university
2. Experience : Min two (1) years Working at the manufacturing company or fresh graduate are welcome
3. Fully understand of Health, Safety and Environment  regulation/standard and code of practice
4. English : Fluent in both writing and speaking
5. Indonesian Registered Safety Professional preferred
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
7. Basic proficiency in Occupational Hygiene Equipment
8. Demonstrated professional customer service to all clients
9. Ability to develop effective working relationships with all key stakeholders i.e. Human Resources, Directors, Unit Managers, Health & Safety Representatives, injured employees and external Providers
10. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain communication lines necessary for the promotion of Health and Safety Programs

3. Employee Relation Specialist

Responsibility
Planning, developing and implementing labor management system based on compliance standard stipulated by our buyers, government regulations and laws

Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, and Human Resource Management
2. Has the ability to draft labor strategies, plans, programs, policies, system and procedures as well as their implementation
3. Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in footwear or apparel industry
4. Minimum 10 years experience in same position
5. Fully understand of labor laws of Indonesia
6. English fluency both oral and written
7. Highly motivated and strong leadership skill
8. Good interpersonal and organizational skills

4. Labor Of Counselor
Responsibility

Melakukan konseling atau pendampingan yang bersifat hubungan professional dengan tenaga kerja guna memahami dan menjelaskan pandangan tenaga kerja terhadap suatu masalah melalui pemecahan masalah dan pemahaman karakter dan perilaku tenaga kerja.

Requirement

1. Master Degree in Law, Psychology, and Human Resource Management
2. Minimum 10 years experience in labor counseling
3. Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in footwear or apparel industry
4. Fully understand of labor laws of Indonesia
5. English fluency both oral and written
6. Highly motivated and strong leadership skill

5. Leader Of Trading
Responsibility

Requirement

General Requirements :

1. Export, Import and Loigistic (storage, loading, unloading) on shoes area
2. Fluent in English, both oral & written
3. Computer literate minimum Microsoft Excel & Word, E-mail

5. Knowledge in Purchasing, Planning and Inventory
6. Knowledge in Trading Business on shoes area
7. Knowledge in warehouse operations & administration

6. Leader Of Accounting
Requirement

1. Male / Female, Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
3. 10 or more years of accounting experience
4. One or more years of leadership experience included
5. Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
6. Fluent English, Korean in a business setting, seeking candidate with public accounting experience, supervisory experience, able to meet deadlines, able to handle multiple tasks, and strong analytical skills
7. Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
8. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting accountants, clients, and upper management

17. Familiar & Experience in Auditing from Internal & External
18. Familiar & Experience in Tax Reporting ( PPh 21/23/25/26/29/4-2 and VAT ) Tax Return and Tax Auditing
19. Able to Make Cash Daily Reporting & Report to Bank Indonesia ( RTE etc )

7. Leader Of Recruitment (1 position) URGENTLY REQUIRED
Responsibility

1. Working on projects eg.: Apprentices Schemes. Liaising with Company Departments and the Temporary Recruitment Agency
2. Preparing job offers, Statement of Terms of Employment and other necessary documentation for new starters prior to their commencement.
3. Providing administration support to the HR team.
4. Maintaining the HR database.

Requirement

3. Experience  5 years in  automobile company  at production engineering department, capable concept  LCA (Low Cost Automation )/Karakuri , robotic skill and the related field is required for this position.

11. Environment Sustainability Staff
Job Description

1. To implement and control Energy Saving Program in all area
2. To make sure all activities related to environment & energy monitoring are compliance with Local Regulation and other regulation.
3. To conduct measurement related to Energy Saving Program
4. Conducting energy internal audit
5. Arranging training related to energy

Responsibility

1. Conduct cost analysis, time and motion study, feassibility studies, system analysis
2. Estabilishes the approved routing data of variable overhead Monitor and provides feedback of operation performance throught perodic report
3. Provides support to manufacturing and production colleagues in setting up efectivity studies for product development
4. Provides NOS line studies relative to  upgrading, replacements and or productivity improvements
5. Reviews and studies proposal for the programs to attain work simplification and methods improvements
6. Conducts periodic production line audits to verify compliance to set standards
7. Process excellence function : coordinate quality objectives, activities, and achievements to resolve production problem, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost
8. Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, action and control
9. Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine functions and responsibility
