Saat ini PT TK Industrial Indonesia  membuka lowongan kerja PT TK Industrial terbaru Juni Juli 2015  untuk beberapa posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :

1. PURCHASING STAFF
Job Location: Subang West Java | Deadline: 20 Juli 2015

Responsibility
  1. Make purchasing with foreign or local companybND
  2. Make Custom clearance for import materials
  3. Known well Export & Import

Requirement
  1. Minimum 1 years experience in Purchasing
  2. Good command both spoken & written English
  3. Good communication & interpersonal skills
  4. Honest, loyal, responsible, ambitious and ability to work under pressure


General Requirements :
  1. Fluent in English, both oral & written
  2. Male / Female, Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  3. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  4. Computer literate minimum Microsoft Excel & Word, E-mail
  5. Have a good leadership skill
  6. Knowledge in Purchasing, Planning and Inventory
  7. Knowledge in Trading Business on shoes area
  8. Knowledge in warehouse operations & administration
  9. Knowledge of FIFO, JIT, 5S, ISO 9001 will be an advantage
  10. Willing to placed on Subang


2. EXPORT IMPORT
Job Location: Subang West Java | Deadline: 20 Juli 2015

Responsibility

3. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Job Location: Subang West Java | Deadline: 20 Juli 2015

Requirement
  1. Male / Female, Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  3. One or more years of accounting experience
  4. Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software
  5. Fluent English, Korean in a business setting, seeking candidate with public accounting experience, supervisory experience, able to meet deadlines, able to handle multiple tasks, and strong analytical skills
  6. Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
  7. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting accountants, clients, and upper management
  8. Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management
  9. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  10. Good presentation skills on accounting principles
  11. Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  13. Active English language in Speaking & Writing, Strong Leadership, Good Decision Maker, Hard worker, can lead the team
  14. Having Experience Knowledge about Taxation in Indonesia (System & Tax Procedure, Regulation), Have a BREVET A/B and C (International Tax)
  15. Having Experience in ERP Accounting, especially ORACLE, can prepare financial statements including General Journal, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Gain & Loss etc.
  16. Familiar & Experience in Auditing from Internal & External
  17. Familiar & Experience in Tax Reporting ( PPh 21/23/25/26/29/4-2 and VAT ) Tax Return and Tax Auditing
  18. Able to Make Cash Daily Reporting & Report to Bank Indonesia ( RTE etc )


4. Modernization Team
Job Location: Subang, West Java | Deadline: 20 Juli 2015

Job Description
  1. Communicate with costumer
  2. Communicate with Product creation center (PCC) in Vietnam, Korea
  3. Responsibility of Technical point making shoes
  4. Planning for Trial shoes
  5. Make Report

Requirement

  1. Education min. D3/S1 from reputable university majoring in any major.
  2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  3. GPA min 3.00 (S1) with 4.00 scales
  4. Have excellent communication skills, both written, verbal analytical, presentation skills.& interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to Interact effectively with a wide range staff throughout the company
  6. Having organizational and/or committees experiences
  7. Have strong leadership skills
  8. Fast learner, energetic, confident, hard worker, honest, mature, discipline and high responsibility

5. LEAN-IE-TPM Staff
Job Location: Subang, West Java | Deadline: 20 Juli 2015

Responsibility
  1. Conduct cost analysis, time and motion study, feasibility studies, system analysis
  2. Establishes the approved routing data of variable overhead.
  3. Monitor and provides feedback of operation performance through periodic report
  4. Provides support to manufacturing and production colleagues in setting up effectiveness studies for product development
  5. Provides NOS line studies relative to  upgrading, replacements and or productivity improvements
  6. Reviews and studies proposal for the programs to attain work simplification and methods improvements
  7. Conducts periodic production line audits to verify compliance to set standards
  8. Process excellence function : coordinate quality objectives, activities, and achievements to resolve production problem, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost
  9. Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, action and control
  10. Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine functions and responsibility

Requirement
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): English
  3. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, and more interested who have experience in the related field (IE/Lean/TPM_NOS System) is required for this position.
