PT. Bahari Sakti Internasional (BSI) is a crewing/manning agency in Jakarta, Indonesia, providing quality crews for finest sailing ships. Now, PT BSI is the authorized agent of the Peace Boat cruise line. Peace Boat at www.peacboat.org is global non-government organization headquartered in Japan and was established for the purpose of raising awareness and building connections internationally among groups that work for peace, human rights, environmental protection and sustainable development. Peace Boat makes a 100 days Global Voyage around 4 times a year starting from Yokohama. We are in search of dynamic, motivated, and qualified Indonesian to work at Peace Boat for the position of:

1. Engineer
  1. Mechanical Engineer
  2. Electrical & Elctronic Engineer
  3. Process Engineer
  4. IT Engineer
Example:
  1. Mechanical Engineering/Drawing, Analysis, Drafting, CAD Operator（3D/2D)
  2. Electrical Design, Wiring Examination, Plant Engineering/Maintenance
  3. Electronic Circuit/Circuit Board/LSI Design/Development/Examination/Evaluation, Process, Control ECU
  4. Industrial Technology, Start Up Production Line, Mold Design, Jig Design, NC Machining, Process Control
  5. Embedded Control Development, Microcomputer Control, Firmware Development
  6. Business Application Program Development, Application Development
QUALIFICATION :

  1. University Graduate with Engineering Major
  2. Fluent in Japanese (oral and written)
  3. Required Japanese Level is N3 (preferably N2 or above)
  4. Able to Work All Over Japan
  5. Up to 35 years old
BENEFIT :
  1. Minimum Monthly Salary: JPY 190,000 (Skill and Experience Considered)
  2. Overtime Paid
  3. Work Related Travel Expenses
  4. Rent Subsidies (JPY10,000-20,000)

2. IT Engineer

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage information technology and computer system's
  2. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
  3. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
  4. Perform other related duties as required during working hours
  5. Analysis & troubleshoot system/application system
Requirement:
  1. Fluent in japanese with minimum JLP level 3/N3 is a must
  2. Basic knowledge of Networking System
  3. English is essential
  4. Pleasant personality, energetic and able to work long hours and under pressure
  5. Able to work both individually and as a team player

Receptionist/Asst of Japanese Manager

Responsibilities:
  1. To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience
  2. Processed guests checkins and outs
  3. Answered telephonic and in-person queries related to hotel services and resolved any issues
  4. To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible
Requirement:
  1. Fluent in japanese with minimum JLP level 3/N3 is a must
  2. English is essential
  3. Pleasant personality, energetic and able to work long hours and under pressure
  4. Able to work both individually and as a team player
