YOU are responsible to:
- Ensure financial transactions and the documents are accurate and valid to be processed as guided by PMI practices and pay in timely manner
- Ensure tax invoices received from vendors/issued are valid to be processed according to Tax regulations, submitted to Tax Department in timely manner.
- Smoothing process financial transaction by coordinating with related parties such as Procurement, warehouse, tax department or users.
- Filling the documents according to the RIM’s guidelines and submit to the RIM department regularly
- Record financial transaction according to US GAAP/Tax requirements
- Ensure improper invoice sent by vendors are returned as soon as possible
- Continuously improve process in his/her area responsibilities
- Meet KPI’s local and regional
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Good Communications
- Excellent computer literacy
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
2. QA Engineer - Full-time
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate Degree (S1) from reputable university in any technical/engineering discipline
- Having experience in production process or quality management
- Have experience working in complex environment
- Good analytical and logical thinking
- Excellence interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Team player, smart worker, proactive, and highly motivated
- Good skills in designing and planning experiment
- Good report writing skills and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written will be an advantage
3. HR Information Management Analyst - Full-time
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Information System and/or Information Technology and/or equivalent educational background with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Possess knowledge and skills in SQL Programming and MS-Excel Macro
- Possess knowledge of Global ERP software and HR business processes is an advantage
- Focus on details and accuracy in deliverables
- Having the ability to analyze and solve problems, create project documentation such as functional specification and test plan, perform system test and user acceptance test
4. Manager Commercial Field Development - Full-time
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum have Bachelor degree from any disciplines
- Minimum have 5 years working experiences (with at least 2 years experiences in managerial level) in sales function, including but not limited to General Trade, Key Account, Trade Market/Channel Strategy, & Sales Strategy Planning
- Exposure in marketing areas will be an advantage
- Fluent English
- Willing to be based throughout Indonesia
5. Manager Marketing Field Development - Full-time
YOUR REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor / Master Degree
- Minimum 4 - 5 years experiences in Marketing/ Sales, field marketing and/or brand management and/or other functions
- Significant experience in FMCG
- Project management skills
- Communication / Presentation skills
- Managerial experience at least 2 years
- Fluent English
