Responsibilities :
- Assist the clinic manager in the daily financial accounting of the clinic
- Calculate office running, transport and communication costs and submit monthly analytical reports to clinic Manager.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
- Provide monthly Financial Report and Bank Reconciliation to Accounting Manager
- Maintain a proper safe keeping of accounting record i.e. voucher recording, filing and storing. The tax regulated for the record to be kept safely for 10 years counted from the year the record is generated,
- Making sure that the financial transaction is recorded properly in accordance with the Indonesia’s Accounting Standard (IAI) and the Indonesian Fiscal accounting standard,
- Fully capable of handling the Company’s accounting software,
- Responsible for the company’s taxation which includes but not limited to the following; to prepare the monthly taxes report and pay the monthly taxes such as PPH, Final Tax, Withholding tax as well as the VAT.
- Liaise with the Auditor to generate the annual audit report,
- Make sure that all transactions (including but not limited to invoices, payables, payments, depreciation and amortization) are recorded to the accounting system on the related month
- Verify and prepare cash disbursements
- Prepare payment to suppliers and claim reimbursement
- Prepare monthly depreciation and amortization schedule
- Assist Accounting Manager in preparing monthly financial statements
Requirements :

2. OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - DKI JAKARTA
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming / outgoing communications (phone calls, email, faxes) notably from international clients and / or patients requiring medical help in Indonesia and South East Asia
- Identifying the request (medical assistance, coverage of medical expenses, medical evacuation, etc...)
- Proceeding the request in activating our medical team and all type of providers around South East Asia with a permanent attention to costs and efficiency

12. REMOTE MEDICAL SEVICES (RMS) SUPERVISOR/ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR - Based in Cilandak, Jakarta
Brief Scope of Work :
As the assistant of RMS Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor, you will be required to do the following tasks :
- Creating a pool of professionals which are ready to join GAH for a remote site mission
- Liaising with HR Dep’t to consolidate a database of available manpower and to be sure that all legal requirements and GAH standards are achieved
- Recruiting staffs, in collaboration with HR Dep’t. Operations supervisor has got the responsibility to forecast needs in doctors and shall be able to use the pool of professionals when necessary to fill in gaps. Operations supervisor shall ask assistance from HR on advertising when needed and on contract issuance. Salaries and allowances should be discussed with OSMS manager before any discussion with candidates.
- Informing staff about details of the mission
- Ensuring that new staffs have a Pre-Remote Site Employment Induction. Should provide induction to new staff in liaison with the training officer and the C&C department.

- Collaborating with OSMS management and HR Dep’t to solve any disputes with onsite staff
- Supervising crew changes, leaves and work schedule

Responsibilities:

Scope of Responsibilities:
Account Services
- Escalates clients’ special requests and queries to Asia Regional Management and Head Office
- Ensures that Holiday gifts and cards are prepared and sent to clients
- Addresses member and client complaints, escalates issues as needed to Asia Regional Management
- Trains client’s sales, marketing, customer service, and retention teams on information about our services
- Monitors and documents the results of the training sessions by call recordings

Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
- Log information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records
- Greet and welcome patients as they come to the clinic and assist them professionally to their needs and satisfaction
- Enter complete records of patient data appropriately in the computer.
- Record neatly and appropriately all incoming and outgoing documents.
