1. HEAD OF ACCOUNTING
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor preparation of financial statements for internal and external reporting.
- Monitor the Company's allocation of fund and expenses in accordance to Company Policy.
- Manage tax compliance and tax audit efficiently and effectively.
- Review, coordinate and analyse annual operational budget of Head Office and budget expense allocation to operational units.
- Control cost and timeliness of project development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in managerial position, preferably with SAP background.
- Experience from Agribusiness / Public Accounting Firm is an advantage.
- Result oriented, along with strong analytical skill.
- Strong leadership, highly driven and proactive.

2. HEAD OF PROCUREMENT
Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and control procurement activities in Head Office and in nation-wide branch offices.
- Sets policies, processes improvement related to routine procurement focusing in efficiency in term of delivery, quality and total cost.
- Negotiate with vendors, carry out tender process, execute and follow up on logistics.
- Develop continues improvement initiatives and implement them to gain cost saving and improve process efficiency.
- Responsible for Division result and provide report and action plan if necessary.
- Provide necessary support to Business Unit procurement if required.
- Human resources development and management to sustain and enhance the division capability and capacity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or agriculture with at least 10-15 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in Agribusiness (Oil Palm) industry.
- Familiar with fertilizer sourcing (local and international), import and export procedures.
- Good command of English, verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge and hands on exposure in SAP.

3. HEAD OF SUPPLIER QUALITY DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive continual improvement of supplier quality through routine assessment and performance measurements.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts.
- Pilot, implement and drive supplier relationship and strategic partnership strategies.
- Identify opportunities to develop suppliers from other functions/ divisions.
- Develop long term partnership strategies with suppliers to meet operation needs.

4. SUPPLIER QUALITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve and execute policies, processes and methodology to evaluate and qualify suppliers.
- Determine a list of key suppliers or contractors to qualify and manage their performance.
- Follow up and resolve supplier issues based on inputs / request from relevant functions.
- Good knowledge & exposure in SAP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 8 years of experience in vendor management.
- Audit skill - ISO, QS, Internal Audit, Process Audit.
- Good knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing.

5. CHINA AND ASIA SOURCING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategy to optimize cost reduction and improve quality and delivery.
- Provide for evaluation of supplier capabilities and identification of appropriate items to source.
- Partner with Supplier Quality Development team to drive quality initiatives for Sourcing.
- Actively search for new sources in China and Asia and conduct market analysis trend.
- Pro-actively coordinate with Overseas procurement to manage the demand.
- Good knowledge & exposure in SAP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commodity sourcing or construction project sourcing.
- Familiar with machineries, mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Experience in China sourcing and supplier quality assessment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must, verbal & written.
- Willing to travel overseas.

6. STRATEGIC SOURCING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and execute strategic sourcing strategy based on existing and future spending to optimize efficiency in term of cost and service end user.
