A. Engineering Dept.

1. Engineer

Desired Skills & Experience
  1. Min. Bachelordegree from Electronic Engineering OR Physical Instrument background with the GPA: 3.00 (scale 4), min. 2 year working experiences.
  2. Have good understanding of PLC and Air Conditioner
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Passionate in Engineering & Manufacturing environment with technical understanding of and process.
  5. Committed, positive, hands on and hardworking.
  6. Drive to achieve goals including desire to learn, e.g. working in difficult situation to achieve personal goals, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Leadership and ability to persuade and influence other.

2. Technician

Desired Skills & Experience
  1. D3 from Electronic Engineering OR Mechatronic Engineering . Working experiences will be advantages.
  2. Have good understanding of electrical instrument and installation, troubleshooting and Air Conditioning.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Passionate in Engineering & Manufacturing environment with technical understanding of and process.
  5. Committed, positive, hands on and hardworking.
  6. Drive to achieve goals including desire to learn, e.g. working in difficult situation to achieve personal goals, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Leadership and ability to persuade and influence other

B. Production Dept

1. Production Team Leader (PTL)

Desired Skills & Experience
  1. Bachelor degree from Industrial engineering with GPA min. 3.00.
  2. Working experiences in production area will be advantages.
  3. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
  4. Ability to work cross-functionally, manages diverse group and influence, deploy and manage strategic initiatives.
  5. Strong leadership skills, confidence and integrity.
  6. Independent & good interpersonal skills.
  7. Organizational and planning skills.
  8. Written and verbal communication skill in English.
  9. Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands
  10. Can do attitude; respect people; creative; team building.
  11. Willing to be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat


2. Operator D3 (OD3)

  1. Diploma degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with GPA min. 3.00.
