For the Jakarta office HB Design PTE ltd invites candidates to apply for:

1. SENIOR ARCHITECTURE COORDINATOR - Jakarta

Qualification:
  1.     6 to 10 years relevant experience, ideally in major high-rise residential or mixed use projects
  2.     Excellent design awareness. Strong ability in design development coordination
  3.     Construction documentation experience
candidates should have:
  1.     Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture or related field
  2.     Track record of coordinating design as leading consultant with other disciplines
  3.     Experience as internal team leader, leading the project team with Singapore office
  4.     Must be able to effectively communicate (speaking and writing) in English
  5.     Proven knowledge of architectural design, detailing,
  6.     Knowledge of planning & building regulations and statutory requirements in Indonesia
  7.     Experience with an international firm is a plus
  8.     Good knowledge of related computer software such as, Autocad, Sketch-up and MS office
  9.     Interest to (learn to) work with Autodesk Revit.
  10.     Initiative and creative personality with high motivation and responsibility, positive working attitude and teamwork

2. JUNIOR ARCHITECTURE COORDINATOR- Jakarta

Qualification :
  1.     0 to 2 years relevant experience
  2.     Coordination of Design Development and Construction documentation preferred
candidates should have :
  1.     Degree / Diploma or higher in Architecture or related field
  2.     Strong interest to coordinate design with other disciplines under supervision of senior
  3.     Ability communicate in English is a pre, but not a must
  4.     Knowledge of architectural design & detailing
  5.     Good knowledge of related computer software such as, Autocad, Sketch-up and MS office
  6.     Interest to (learn to) work with Autodesk Revit.
