LOWONGAN KERJA PT TRICADA INNTRONIK TERBARU 2015


Saat ini PT Tricada Intronik (Tritronik) membuka lowongan kerja PT Tritronik terbaru Juni juli 2015 untuk beberapa posisi dan persyaratan sebagai berikut :

1. Front Officer - Deadline: 09 Juli 2015

Responsibility
  1. Bertugas untuk menjawab telepon yang masuk
  2. Bertugas untuk menerima tamu
  3. Bertugas untuk menerima dan mengirimkan dokumen/paket dan melakukan pengarsipan
  4. Bertugas melakukan pekerjaan kepersonaliaan dan pengarsipan (merangkum kehadiran Staff, mendata informasi kepegawaian)
  5. Bertugas melakukan keadministrasian kantor dan pengarsipan (membuat surat bisnis, melakukan reservasi untuk perjalanan dinas Staff)
  6. Bertugas mencatat segala bentuk penjadwalan untuk dan atau dengan Staff (ruang pertemuan, jadwal bertemu dengan Staff kantor)
  7. Bertanggung jawab terhadap telepon yang masuk, agar disampaikan kepada yang dituju
  8. Bertanggung jawab terhadap telepon keluar apabila harus melakukan telepon keluar
  9. Bertanggung jawab terhadap tamu yang datang dengan perjanjian atau tanpa perjanjian terlebih dahulu, dan sampaikan kepada Staff
  10. Bertanggung jawab terhadap arsip penerimaan dan pengiriman dokumen/paket
  11. Bertanggung jawab terhadap arsip kepersonaliaan
  12. Bertanggung jawab terhadap arsip keadministrasian kantor
  13. Bertanggung jawab terhadap perjanjian yang sudah dijadwalkan sebelumnya

Requirement
  1. Diploma-3 Sekretari, Administrasi, Manajemen lainnya.
  2. Pengalaman diutamakan.
  3. Mahir dalam mengoperasikan komputer: Ms. Office 2007, aplikasi internet.
  4. Senang bekerja sendiri maupun dalam tim.
  5. Memiliki keinginan untuk belajar
  6. Teliti dan cermat. Cekatan, rajin, namun dapat memberikan masukan dalam pekerjaan.
  7. Memiliki ketrampilan berkomunikasi.
  8. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik.
  9. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang cukup.


2. Staff Keuangan - Deadline: 09 Juli 2015

Responsibility

  1. Membuat, memeriksa dan mengarsip faktur, nota supplier, laporan AP/AR untuk memastikan status hutang/piutang
  2. Membuat , mencetak tagihan dan surat tagihan untuk memastikan tagihan terkirim kepada pelanggan dengan benar dan tepat waktu
  3. Menerima, memeriksa tagihan dari vendor dan membuat rekapnya untuk memastikan pembayaran terkirim tepat waktu
  4. Memeriksa rangkuman kas kecil untuk memastikan penggunaan dan ketersediaan kas kecil yang efektif
  5. Menginput penerimaan pembayaran dari pelanggan, dan pembayaran ke supplier dengan tepat waktu dan akurat untuk memastikan ketepatan waktu dan keakuratan penerimaan maupun pembayaran
  6. Memeriksa laporan rekonsiliasi untuk memastikan data terinput dengan benar
  7. Mengarsip seluruh dokumen transaksi untuk menjaga ketertiban administrasi dan memudahkan penelusuran dokumen
  8. Melakukan stock opname setiap akhir bulan untuk melihat ada/tidaknya selisih jumlah barang di gudang dan catatan di keuangan

Requirement
  1. D3 Akuntansi IPK ≥3,00
  2. Memiliki Sertifikasi Bon A dan Bon B
  3. Teliti, terorganisir, dan disiplin
  4. Fasih mengoperasikan Ms. Office, dan fasih berbicara, menulis, dan mendengarkan Bahasa Inggris
  5. Familiar dgn aplikasi keuangan Accurate
  6. Pribadi menarik, dapat beradaptasi dgn lingkungan kerja

3. . IT Operation - Deadline: 09 Juli 2015

Job Description
  1. You will be responsible to provide technical support and maintain products’ on customer’s site.
  2. Your work hours will be based on shifts.
  3. You will work in teams to provide the best technical support on customer experience.

Responsibility
  1. Monitor the system performance
  2. Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred on production system.
  3. Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support based on night or day shift work.
  4. Write technical documents and reports for customer.
  5. Communicate knowledge and solutions to customer.

Requirement
  1. Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer engineering, or other software development related major.
  2. Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities
  3. Had experiences with Unix/Linuxplatform and shell scripting (sh, bash, korn and perl are preferred).
  4. Understanding of TCP/IP and applications (Telnet, SSH, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) and Packet Analyzer are preferred)
  5. Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred).
  6. Strong communication skills
  7. Good time management
  8. Can work under pressure and have good stress management


4. Technology Infrastructure Engineer - Deadline: 09 Juli 2015

Job Description
  1. Architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms, to support software development and daily business processes in general.
  2. Develops and documents system installation, deployment, and operation.
  3. Explores and stays abreast of new technologies that can bring value to the organization.
  4. Evaluates and creates new tools and techniques to facilitate effective infrastructure related practices.
  5. Administer, manage, and support servers based on Linux and Windows.
  6. Support and maintain hardware, software and connectivity components by analyzing the functionality of infrastructure framework and designing and planning major upgrades and changes to ensure reliability and availability.

Responsibility
  1. Technology Infrastructure Engineer is concerned with the technology of the composite hardware, software, network resources and services required for the existence, operation and management of a development and production environment.

Requirement
  1. Bachelor degree of Computer Science/Informatics or related major
  2. At least 1 years of experience in managing infrastructure with diverse equipment and experienced in software architecture and deployment
  3. UNIX, Linux and Windows experience preferred
  4. Deep knowledge of software technology and infrastructure
  5. Working knowledge of software application platforms
  6. Able to work in a team
  7. Interpersonal relation skills
  8. Effective verbal, presentation and listening communication
  9. Effective written communication

5. M2M Technician - Deadline: 09 Juli 2015

Job Description
  1. Assemble prototyping or small qty production devices, from soldering to putting circuits into enclosure
  2. Perform QA check and test, as well as required calibration, on production devices after they are arrived from manufacturer
  3. Add required modules and firmware to production devices
  4. Install devices in customer sites and help to ensure it works
  5. Perform regular maintenance and check on installed devices in customer sites
  6. Repair devices that are returned from customer sites due to problems and work in teams to solve this problem/fault
  7. Assists in embedded system and its enclosure design, for example programming, PCB design, and 3D modelling

Responsibility
  • M2M Hardware Technician will work with hardware development team and takes part in hardware production, installation, and maintenance. The hardware will range from prototypes, production devices, up to off-the-shelf products from other vendor. Therefore, M2M hardware technician will have lots of devices to explore, new knowledge acquired regarding to electronic and mechanical tools: from programming, PCB design, to mechanical CAD.

Requirement
  1. Electrical and mechanical drawings
  2. Electrical and mechanical installation
  3. Electronic PCB layout
  4. Basic programming knowledge (C/C++)
  5. Knowledge in mechanical 3D modelling (CAD tools)
  6. Willing to travel out of town
  7. Willing to work and learn in team

Preferred Skills:
  1. Electronic PCB design
  2. Arduino or similar prototyping tools programming
  3. Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  4. Understand M2M or Internet of Things technology
  5. Ability to handle technical, schedule risks of projects, understanding the impact to customers
