Saat ini PT. CIBA VISION BATAM membuka lowongan kerja PT Ciba Vision Batam terbaru Juni Juli 2015 untuk beberapa posisi dan persyaratan sebagai berikut :

1. Calibration Engineer

RESPONSIBILITES:
  1. Responsible to calibration, verification and repair of measuring instruments
  2. Prepare monthly calibration schedule
  3. Review, edit, check and approve assigned calibration document such as SOP, calibration datasheet and others.
Min. Requirements:
  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
  2. 4 years working experience in Manufacturing Environment or equivalent.
2. QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
  1. Knowledge of cGMP, Quality Management System ISO 13485, FDA Guideline and Regulatory.
  2. Familiar with statistical tools, data interpretation and analysis, effective use of software (spread sheet)
  3. Knowledge of CTQ, QC method and Validation. Quality/Process Improvement, Failure investigation, Risk Analysis such as FMEA, HACCP.
Min requirements:
  1. Preferred level: Degree in Engineering or Science or Pharmacy.
  2. Computer Literate (Microsoft, Power Point and Microsoft Project).
  3. Degree Holder from Science, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy background.
3. Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support for manufacturing operations including troubleshooting, investigating and resolving automation issues.
  2. Analyze all issues related to automation and control, develop optimal solutions and lead implementation to improve existing level of automation for reliability and output.
Min. Requirements:
  1. Degree in Electro/Mechatronic Engineering,
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
  3. Demonstrate knowledge of a combination of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, packaging equipment, and inspection systems.
  4. Familiar with engineering studies.
4. Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing technical support for process improvement
Min. Requirements:
  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
  2. Minimum 7 of relevant working experience.
  3. Strong concept and exposure on QC Tools or process improvement such as LEAN / SIX SIGMA,
  4. Proficient in statistical analysis (SPC, Minitab),
  5. Knowledge on process improvement tools.
