Saat ini Asuransi Astra membuka lowongan kerja Asuransi Astra Buana terbaru Juni 2015 untuk beberapa posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :

1. Management Trainee (MT)/Branch Management Development Program (BMDP)

Responsibilities: 
  • In our pursuit of excellence, we value visionary individuals with leadership potential and a passion to always think out of the box. We challenge such individuals to join our Management Trainee/Branch Management Development Program, in which through a series of first class comprehensive learning program, will be developed to our future leaders. Graduates of the program will be further challenged to develop our business in our major branches across Indonesia. 

Requirements: 
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable overseas or local university 
  2. Maximum age 25 years old for Bachelor’s Degree and 27 years old for Master’s Degree. 
  3. Dynamic and exhibits strong leadership potential in organizational activities 
  4. Passionate in creating improvements in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment 
  5. A visionary with strong interpersonal and analytical skills 
  6. Eager to be developed in all lines of business in Astra Insurance (Marketing and Operations) 
  7. Willing to be placed in our Major Branches across Indonesia.

2. IT Staff (IT Business Analyst/IT Quality Control/IT Development Mobile) 

Persyaratan: 
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science, Information System or equivalent with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0 
  2. Dynamic and exhibits strong leadership potential in organizational activities 
  3. Passionate in creating improvements in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment 
  4. Passionate and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and analytical skills 
  5. Excellent command in English 
  6. Placement in our Head Quarter Office (TB. Simatupang)

3. Web Developer

Persyaratan: 
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science, Information System/ Engineering or MIS/IT major Preferred) min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0 
  2. Dynamic and exhibits strong leadership potential in organizational activities 
  3. Passionate in creating improvements in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment 
  4. Passionate and self-motivated with strong interpersonal and analytical skills 
  5. Excellent command in English 
  6. Strong Programming background and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, CSS3, C#, .NET Framework, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, MS SQL Database, CMS, and MVC concept. 
  7. Placement in our Head Quarter Office (TB. Simatupang)
