1. HR Strategy Manager
Job Location: Subang West Java | Deadline: 25 Maret 2015
Responsibility
- Effectively lead on the development of people strategies that enable the organization to meet its strategic, business and personal objectives
- Helps top leadership establishes and prioritize business objectives and protect company from unwarranted risks.
- Find and take advantage of opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (by using tools).
- uses project and program management skills to lead teams in assessing strategic planning projects
Requirement
- Experienced in related field more than 15 years,
- S2 preferred,
- Understand about training, recruitment and retention matters,
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills,
- Strong collaborative, consultative and influencing skills

- Master in English both oral and written.
2. HR Communication Manager
Job Location: Subang West Java | Deadline: 25 Maret 2015
Responsibility
- Responsible for overall Human Resources communications strategy in consultation with Human Resources leadership team
- Expand range, depth, and effectiveness of content and messaging to elevate awareness and understanding of Human Resources tools, products, processes, policies, and programs.
- Responsible for executing on the communication vehicles to support Human Resources recruiting branding strategies, and Human Resources internal branding efforts.
- Coordinate local benefits communication efforts with broader benefits communications efforts.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders both within HR and across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency with broader organizational communication efforts
Requirement
- Experienced in related field for more than 10 years
- Bachelor Degree (or above) preferred
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Understand about the labor, union and grievance matters (including the solving)

Requirement
- Education min. D3/S1 from reputable university majoring Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- GPA min 3.00 (S1) with 4.00 scales
- Have excellent communication skills, both written, verbal analytical, presentation skills.& interpersonal skills

4. LEAN-IE-TPM Staff
Job Location: Subang West Java | Deadline: 25 Maret 2015
Responsibility
- Conduct cost analysis, time and motion study, feassibility studies, system analysis
- Estabilishes the approved routing data of variable overhead
- Monitor and provides feedback of operation performance throught perodic report
- Provides support to manufacturing and production colleagues in setting up efectivity studies for product development
- Provides NOS line studies relative to upgrading, replacements and or productivity improvements
- Reviews and studies proposal for the programs to attain work simplification and methods improvements
- Conducts periodic production line audits to verify compliance to set standards
- Process excellence function : coordinate quality objectives, activities, and achievements to resolve production problem, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost
- Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, action and control
- Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine functions and responsibility
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
