1. Interior Design & Project Design Supervisor

Job Description
- Overall leadership, execution of visual merchandising and display presentation, fixture layout, and visual operation for all stores.
- Actively coaching and developing store visual teams in order to achieve the highest potential through hands-on training.
- Ensure consistency within all stores and to work with the Store Managers in preparation for all major floors moves and to give assistance in merchandising, correcting any display & merchandising problems.
- Ensuring all stores are maintaining proper fixture layouts; reports all fixture, mannequin, prop and marketing needs and issues to corporate ensuring all is rectified in a timely manner.
- Ensure all props, merchandisers & fixtures are well maintained and ensure that all requisition & storage procedures of the above items are followed through.
- Ensure that photos are taken after window & floor changes are made and send the report to principal every week.
- Analyzing sales and merchandise to identify and interpret business opportunities for each store, customer, and climate utilizing company reporting.
- Participating in mandatory store floor-sets and store openings as needed.
Requirement
- Female, age between 25-30 years old.
- Minimal Diploma 3 of Fashion Merchandising, Design, Textile or any related major.
- Must at least 3+ years of multi store visual merchandising/installation and store operation experience (fast fashion brand is an advantage).
- Strong organizational, planning, prioritizing, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Must have strong merchandising skills and strong understanding of fashion/trends in all markets.
- Must be able to travel and work flexible schedule to conduct stores visits outside of standard working in retail hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Fluent in English is a must.

- Supervise & organize Handyman for all area (Jabotabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali) to fix all maintenance issue all stores & SIS
- Checking & organizing with staff front end for all stores & SIS for all maintenace issue
- Working with procurement for all specification material want to buy for maintenance all stores & SIS
- Side by side with project team & procurement to buy equipment support for the opening stores & SIS (TV, DVD, Mannequin & sound system)
- Working with team project to handle project SIS
- Working with the procurement for searching new vendor for all equipment maintenance & equipment support for opening stores & SIS
- Handling all maintenance works in the warehouse and office (include correspondence to building management for follow requirement from them) include special project for both places (renovation, etc)
- Handling all repair fixtures & furnitures : stores, office & warehouse (include bazaar equipment)
- Supporting Graphic Design Staff & Marcom Staff for special event such as : bazaar, marcom event (fashion show, fashion showcase & trunk show)
- Make weekly & monthly report for maintenance status and also for expenses to Manager
Requirement
- Male, age max 26 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Architectural, Interior Design, or DKV
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Able to use MS office, Design Graphic Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat), Autocad, Sketch Up, 3D Max; MAC
