Requirement :

- Required skill(s): Computer Literate.

- Mastering with HR & GA Matters from beginning until end of process
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having work experience in construction company is advantage
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

2. QA QC & AUDIT MANAGER
Job Location: Kota Tangerang, Banten | Deadline: 14 Februari 2015
Responsibility
- Report to Management on quality performance and issue on site.
- Complete the work in accordance with the audit plan and audit methodology.
- Maintain & Improve quality awareness of the project team by providing sufficient quality supervision involvement through the construction process.
- Able to prepare with quality documents (form, procedures, record, etc.) about QA / QC and ISO / OHSAS.
- Plan for ITP project and factory.
- Ensure that the work done according to the latest for construction document (spec, drawing, method statement).
- Liaise with internal and external parties with regard to the inspection and testing.
- Control with producing and maintaining quality records and make them ready for archiving and handling over to the client at project completion.
- Control in handling NCR and any other quality related issue.
- Have Experienced in QA / QC construction company.
- Mastering of knowledge in ISO 9001/14001 & OHSAS 18001 is must.
- Implement QA & QC.
- Implement ISO & OHSAS.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Civil or Equivalent.
- Mastering Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Can spoken & written Korean will be advantage.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have certificate as ISO (9001 & 14001) / OHSAS (18001) auditor.
- Familiar with Civil Engineering National and International Codes (SNI, BS, ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, JIS, AS, etc.).
- Able to prepare Quality Plans, ITP, Check list form, NCR and other quality documentations around ISO / OHSAS plan.
- Having sufficient knowledge and practical experience of Quality Improvement Tools.
