Indosat (lengkapnya PT Indosat Tbk.) adalah salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa telekomunikasi dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini menawarkan saluran komunikasi untuk pengguna telepon genggam dengan pilihan pra bayar maupun pascabayar dengan merek jual Matrix, Mentari dan IM3; jasa lainnya yang disediakan adalah saluran komunikasi via suara untuk telepon tetap (fixed) termasuk sambungan langsung internasional IDD (International Direct Dialing), serta jasa nirkabel dengan merk dagang StarOne Perusahaan ini juga menyediakan layanan multimedia, internet, dan komunikasi data (MIDI= Multimedia, Internet & Data Communication Services)

Pada tahun 2011 perusahaan ini menguasai 21 persen pangsa pasar dan pada tahun 2013 mengklaim memiliki 58,5 juta pelanggan untuk telpon genggam.

Situs investasi untuk Indonesia menyatakan bahwa Indosat kehilangan beberapa persen pasar pelanggan telepon genggamnya pada tahun tahun terakhir. Sementara situs lainnya (Onbile.com) menempatkan Indosat sebagai perusahaan telekomunikasi terbesar ketiga pada tahun 2013 dibawah Telkomsel dan XL Axiata.

Pada Februari 2013 perusahaan telekomunikasi Qatar yang sebelumnya bernama Qtel dan menguasai 65 persen saham Indosat berubah nama menjadi Ooredoo dan berencana mengganti seluruh perusahaan miliknya atau dibawah kendalinya yang berada di Timur Tengah, Afrika dan Asia Tenggara dengan nama Ooredoo pada tahun 2013 atau 2014. Sementara Indosat dalam siaran persnya menanggapi hal ini belum memutuskan akan mengubah nama dari Indosat menjadi Ooredoo atau tidak, karena menganggap nama Indosat telah memiliki "hubungan" dengan pelanggan.

Saat ini Indosat membuka lowongan kerja terbaru Januari - Februari 2015  untuk beberapa posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai :

1. BUSINESS IN RETAIL MANAGER

Role Purpose:
Responsible for managing sales from retail stores at national level, including monitoring and ensuring consistency of retail stores selling Indosat Business products – in terms of operating model, target, policy and procedures, etc. – and supporting improvements in cooperation with retail stores as our partners..

Qualification:

  1. Min Bachelor Degree
  2. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
  3. Successful track records of delivering sales in line with budgets
  4. Ability to translate the company business strategy into a clear and detailed action plan
  5. Excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in English language; knowledge of local language is preferred
  6. Corporate level proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, business email and computer skills

Experience:

Minimum 2 years managerial experience in Telecom / FMCG / BFSI sector in Indonesia; SME experience is a plus

2. Channel Management Officer

Job Role:
  1. Develop distribution policy
  2. Develop MPC agreement, program & business case
  3. Distribution policy implementation
  4. Preparing presentation material related to Channel strategy & policy

Qualification:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree is Preferable
  2. Should be able to develop effectual relationships & partnership
  3. Time management and capability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  4. Experience:
  5. Basic knowledge of sales, business and marketing processes is an advantage
  6. Has experience 2 years in knowledge or execution of channel & distribution management.
  7. Skills:
  8. Fluent in English (both written & speaking)
  9. Have a good analytical thinking and presentation skill
  10. Good in processing data with Microsoft Office (XLS, PPT etc.)
  11. Good in processing the map application (MapInfo, ArcGIS etc.)

3. Mobile Advertising Sales & Partnership Manager

Job Role:

Manage and evaluate the strategic sales (merchants) & partnership (financial institution, banks & 3rd party logistics) program with the objective to ensure easy accessibility and enrich the brand in customers’ minds within the limits of Digital Services operations.

Qualification & Experience:
General Qualification :
Bachelor Degree

Experience:
  1. 5+ years of experience in Digital Business and Commerce Development , corporate strategy, corporate development, financing strategy, business intelligence, strategy management & corporate scorecard management, strategic portfolio restructuring, IT related product development or general management at Indonesia top 100 company, top-tier consulting firm, leading investment bank, major venture capital / private equity firm
  2. 3+ years Managerial Experience in Digital Business and Commerce Development
  3. Has good industry knowledge and experience in Indonesian market and Asia market, mainly in financial and telecommunication business, mobile/ cellular business, online interactive content, applications and solutions, and/or consumer electronics sectors
Specific Qualification :
  1. Strong executive presentation skills
  2. Proven ability to work across different functions, business units, geographies, and cultures
  3. Good self-motivation underscored by a passion for deep, fact-based analysis and converting recommendations into reality in a timely manner
  4. Has good knowledge in Telco and financial related market business in Indonesia, with good competence in producing business case, business partnership/ cooperation negotiation skills, corporate strategy development, business intelligence, development/ management and good knowledge in IT related user experience solution development
  5. Good time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with his supervisor and peers.
  6. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  7. Has a good networking with relevant Telco and finance market player in Indonesia.
  8. Ability to develop and communicate the appropriate execution strategy, to drive the implementation of strategy by related peers
  9. Demonstrated good level communication and influencing skills
  10. Has a good passion and understanding in the online Lifestyle, mobile lifestyle applications, corporate mobile solution or related e-business and financial business especially payment
  11. Ability to develop and implement plans to achieve it, including ability to engage, lead and motivate a team
  12. Ability to build a performance based culture and make people accountable

4. Quality Control & Service Standardization Supervisor

Job Role:
  1. Perform and Control end-to end service deliverable / Standardization (pre-post) launch across all product and services and across customer life cycle/moment of Journey. And Assess all possible impact that might impair the customer experience standard and promises and address it accordingly to the further tested and address to respective parties to recommend the final call  for pre-launch , as well as Post Launch.
  2. Check and monitor quality of services delivered to customer, Report and highlight gaps and shortfalls
  3. To plan, design, and manage all end to end testing rule and scenario across all product and services and across customer life cycle / Moments of Journey.
Requirements :
Qualification :
  1. Extensive Knowledge related to current technology (network, IT, product device, and tools to be used in customer experience testing rule mechanism
  2. Ability to communicate in perspective of Customer Experience Management.
  3. Good understanding in business process of service delivery stream
  4. Intensive knowledge and understanding  on product aspect  especially on telco
  5. Good understanding on service quality management of Telco industries’s ( Call center, galeri, Web portal, Mobile Application , etc).
  6. Commitment to quality and timely result of the works
  7. Ability to work as a part of team
  8. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
  9. Ability to produce statistical report for a wide ranging and specific  audience
Experience :
  1. Experience in telco industries or mobile communication industry, especially on device testing, Product Testing Scenarios, Product development, QA on CRM  preferably in cellular  phone industries
