In line with our expansion plan, we are seeking dynamic, proactive and result oriented individuals to fulfill the following vacancy :
1. NETWORK ENGINEER (MID-LEVEL) - DKI JAKARTA
Position Summary:
Successful candidate will be supporting our project mainly ISP, Carrier Network, telecommunication and large enterprise and you will be based in Jakarta office.
You will in charge with customer directly to handle various network issue, fault handling and network implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage network infrastructure.
- Support customer by perform daily task to identify and solve network issues.
- Work with the operations team to conduct scheduled maintenance and enhancements to the platform.
- Diagnose, as appropriate, complex systems issues with multiple influencing factors.
- Deliver superior customer service through professional, comprehensive, and timely communication for all Incidents and Requests for Change.
- Ensure timely response, escalation, and resolution to promote the rapid restoration of services for all incidents.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Having at least 3 years experience manage a large enterprise or ISP environment.
- Good understanding with OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.
- Good understanding in networking technology, such as routing,switching and security (Layer2/Layer3, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, Security).
- Good understanding in operating system technology, such as UNIX,LINUX and Windows.
- Having IT certification is preferable (e.g: JNCIP, JNCIS, CCIE, CCNP).
- Passionate to learn, hardworking, good team player and willing to travel all over Indonesia.
- Self motivated individual and willingness to learn is strongly required.
- Must be willing to be available for occasional out of hours work
- Excellent communication (both oral, written and written).
- Willing to learn new things by self-study, on-the-job training as well as through formal training.
- Graduated from reputable university majoring in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Juniper experience will be huge advantage.
2. ACCOUNT MANAGER - DKI JAKARTA
Position Summary:
An Account Manager is responsible for selling solutions (products and services). This role is responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory as well as maintaining customer relationships with the accounts in their established geographic territory. This role is primarily responsible for – but not limited to - Telco Market.
Successful candidate will be mainly managing our Telco Accounts : ISP, Carrier Network, telecommunication and large enterprise and will be based in Jakarta office.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Prospecting for new telco customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio, and qualifying new leads to maintain identified business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales.
- Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, and planning customer meetings, ensure sales fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Sales negotiation and deal closure at the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as direct users of the product, but also possibly department heads or CXO level personnel
- Develop and maintain a high level of solution knowledge of IP Network and competitive products
- Achieve annual and quarterly achievement of multiple order and revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, by prioritizing selling time to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration and complete account coverage
- Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
- Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation in a complex sales environment involving multiple decisionmakers/influencers
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
Desired Characteristics
- Bachelor's Degree
- Age between 25-38
- Robust interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
