1. OFFICER – LEGAL DEPARTMENT (CODE: OFF-LED) - DKI Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  1. To prepare, review and make legal analysis of new credit for new Japanese accounts
  2. To prepare and drafting the renewal of credit agreement and various agreement
  3. To Review Loan Syndication Agreement
  4. To make necessary legal opinion on various legal issues relating to Japanese accounts

Requirements: 
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA: 3.25
  2. Has experience minimum 1-2 years  in the same field/banking industry
  3. Able to draft various legal documents
  4. Have a good basic knowledge of Indonesian Law and banking products (especially credit)
  5. Must have good analytical skill, assertive and being consistent
  6. Fluent in English both speaking and writing
