1. SUPERVISOR / HEAD MARKETING COMMUNICATION (Code: MC)
General Requirements:
- Max. 27 year old
- Minimum DIII / S1 degree of Design Interior / Architecture from reputable university, with min. GPA 2.75.
- Experience min. 1 years
- Having a good general knowledge base.
- Good in photoshop, Indesign 3D, etc.
- Good in English (writen), good communication, initiative.
- Placement at Plant Tangerang ( Jl. Gatot Subroto Km. 8, Jatake-Tangerang)
- Preferred living in Lippo Village, Alam Sutera, Gading Serpong, BSD, Tangerang and surrounding areas.
2. KABAG HUMAN RESOURCE (CODE: KA. HRD)
Support the company's business in terms of recruitment, training & development, personal and system admin and HR strategy and marketing.
General Requirements:
- Max. 30 year old
- Minimum S1 degree of Psychology from reputable university, with min. GPA 2.75
- Experience min. 1 years in human resource development.
- Master in test and analysis tools.
- Having a good general knowledge base.
- Good communication, initiative, and good problem solving.
- Placement at Plant – Tangerang ( Jl. Gatot Subroto Km. 8, Jatake-Tangerang)
- Preferred living in Lippo Village, Alam Sutera, Gading Serpong, BSD, Tangerang and surrounding areas.
3. ADVERTISING & PROMOTIONS MANAGER (RETAIL) (CODE : AP MGR.)
Plan and implement marketing strategies related to advertising and promotions to achieve overall sales target. Communicate and liaise, prepare annual A&P budgets, develop, source and coordinate advertising&promotion, communicate with government authorities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Advertising/Media/Marketing/equivalent from a reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
- Minimal 6 - 10 years working experience with at least 3 - 5 years of management level experience in Marketing field, preferebly in Advertising & Promotion in the retail Industry.
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonsia and aslo English, is an advantage.
- Preferred living in Lippo Village, Alam Sutera, Gading Serpong, BSD, Tangerang and surrounding areas.
4. TICKETING & SEKERTARIAT (Kode : Tick)
Menguasai komputer, bahasa Inggris, travel arrangement (Tiket nasional dan internasional, paspor, visa, hotel, asuransi dll.) dan kesekertariatan
Ketentuan :
- Usia Max. 27 tahun
- Pendidikan SLTA/sederajat/DIII sekretariat/office mgmt. dari sekolah/akademi terkemuka, IPK. Min 2.75
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
- Pengetahuan umum baik, komunikatif, inisiatif dan kerja keras.
- Penempatan di Tangerang ( Jl. Gatot Subroto Km. 8, Jatake-Tangerang)
- Diutamakan tinggal di : Lippo Karawaci, Alam Sutera, Gading Serpong, BSD, Tangerang dan sekitarnya.
