TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Semarang, Balik Papan, Surabaya, Bali

Qualification :

  1. Male / Female
  2. Bachelor's degree / S1 from a reputable university. Prefer fresh graduates
  3. Specifically responsible for installation, configuration, training and project management for the Raptor, product suite (hardware & software) & associated interfaces.
  4. Specifically responsible for the 1st level support & and education of Raptor POS
  5. Responsible for 1st level support of your product suite to the customer.
  6. Responsible for the tracking and management of all support calls.
  7. Work with the support teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
  8. Duties will include travel, shift work and weekends.
  9. Have own transport (motorcycle)
  10.  To be Located in Semarang, Balik Papan, Surabaya, Bali
