Project Manager - Jakarta-Sigma Inno Office

Responsibilities
  1. Making Project Quality Plan & Project Schedule
  2. Organize resources involved in the project in the project
  3. Periodically meeting formally with the project team to review progress
  4. Report project status to the steering committee
  5. Giving decision and resolution in time for scope and policy issues
  6. Ensure the quality of the deliverables
  7. Monitor budget for cost spent and project timetable
Requirements
  1. PMP Certified
  2. Familiar with Project Management Process Groups : Planning, Execution, Controlling & Correction, Closing Project, preferred PMBOK framework.
  3. Experience in IT Implementation Application, IT project.
  4. Experience Manage Development Software methodology (iterative SDLC, V model)
  5. Having knowledge area of Oracle Product

2. BPO Payroll - Jakarta-Sigma Inno Office

Responsibilities
  1. Perform Human Resources/ Personnel Payroll task as requested by customer
  2. Perform scheduled and/or ad-hoc processing according to SOP
  3. Prepare payroll reports, report checking, do payroll reconciliation and prepare ad-hoc reports
  4. Respond to customer database and standard database
  5. Liaise with customer or payroll issues
Requirements
  1. Maximum 30 years old
  2. Bachelor Degree in Computer Accounting/ Accounting, IPK 3.00 from reputable University
  3. Having experience at least 3 - 5 years in related field
  4. Experience in payroll process and HRMS Software (Oracle E-Business Suites/PeopleSoft will be an advantage)
  5. Strong knowledge in Employee Tax Regulation (PPH 21/26)
  6. Strong skill in MS Excel and MS Word
  7. Able to work under pressure and can work overtime to meet deadline with minimum error (able to work on detail)
  8. Can work independently with minimum supervision

3. Account Manager - Jakarta-Sigma Inno Office

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain existing enterprise key accounts
  2. Develop and acquire new account
  3. Manage cross selling and up selling of Oracle Solution (applications, middleware, database, OS and servers & storage) to the existing accounts
  4. Deal with presales activity management, including developing solution architecture design, proposal and presentation to prospects.

  2. Discover up sell and cross-sell opportunities to existing account by the campaign that is being run or beyond.
  3. Hand off to Pre Sales specialist and Project team; include the customer agreement plus recommended internal next steps.
  4. Responsible to all administration document and from project start up to payment.
  5. Identify high potential account.
  6. Relationship Building with customer and Improve Customer satisfaction
Qualification :
  1. Maximum 35 years old
  2. Bachelor's Degree from recognized university
  3. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  4. Required language: English
  5. Minimum 3 years working experience in selling IT solutions as Account Executive/ Account Manager
  6. Excellence communication skills, commercial & negotiation skills
  7. Ability to handle customer & strong relationship
  8. High Adaption & Good manner (Positive attitude)
