CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
Primary functions of jobs :
- You will become the link between our customer and our production to ensure smooth process of production and delivery of the finish goods
- You will handle all the inquiries and check the details of PO from our customers
- If needed, you will also make the LC Guidance.
- You will handle all related things in the specification sheet and file into the corresponding quotation.
- If needed, you will also follow up the Finance dept. in case of invoice of down payment and out standing payment.
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering, with minimum 2 years of experience in relevant area
- Have experience in customer service / technical sales / export import will be an advantage
- Have good communication skills and team work
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to speak in other language such as Mandarin and/or German is an advantage
