Currently we are looking for a dynamic and confident candidates to fill the positions below :
PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Providing secretarial / administrative / other support to Director
- Administration activities, mailing, and communications companies.
- Assist preparation of official travel (airfare, hotel, transport, etc)
- Assist Management Representative in reviewing the draft documents.
Requirements:
- Max. age 33 years old
- Min. D3 graduated form AKSEK Tarakanita / reputable university, min GPA 3.00
- Min 5 years experience as Executive Secretary and has experience as PA
- Good administration skill, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Candidate must be fast worker, trustable, loyal and be able to adapt fast
